Not sure on price. Tabius, Wise and Blackfoot are all on the top of the list. When dealing with Tabius and Wise make sure they have the guild tag $$$ though, Theres some out there scaming with $b$ and so on. Blackfoots tag is UoH, not sure of other details though PM him.

Tabius is a huge risk to broker with. Wise is okay, and halogen isnt around as often as the others. GuardianKnight is very trustworthy though!

I would use blackfoot exclusively, besides, you know what they say:

If its a big transaction that you're worried about, have them confirm via forum PM before putting yourself at risk.

Not a huge transaction, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. What's the fee usually, anyone know?

Because everytime I do a brokering job, Matrons ego dies a little inside.

The sad thing is that so many people are impersonating brokers at the moment, be VERY careful when dealing with them. Always message them via irc, ALWAYS check for the guild abbreviation and ALWAYS ask for a confirmation message via the forums. If the Tabius you are talking to cant message you on the forums using the Tabius name, its probably Matron.

I have never once brokered a house under your name. I am just looking out for the best interests of the people who play here. If you will scam me, and scam lazarith, who else will you scam? You scam people, and then you turn it around and say "Well that must have been a fake tabius you dealt with" in an attempt to cover yourself.

All I did was tell people that there is a huge risk dealing with you, which is true.

Cant handle that Tabius's reputation is so high so we must get a peice of that. The fact the fake Tabius's guildstone was in your house you seem to forget, amazing how quick you got rid of that house when that became public knowledge.

In any case if they follow my tips, they wont get scammed by the likes of you.

And Populus, the day Matron admits to using my name is the day I will even consider discussing this issue with you. You have an interest after all being one of Matrons lackies.

Every house I have owned has been located in the same spot. The only exception is a tower outside of despise and a keep near skara. The -F- guild is the first guildstone that I have ever placed.

There is absolutely no way that what you say is true. Though I give you credit for turning your rivalry with cA into the ability to scam and point the finger elsewhere.
