Bidding will start at 10k over deed and buy out will be deed + small deed.
If buy out is not reached then the sale will end Sunday, June 20th.
Nice area with ocean breezes, forested front yard and a mountain near by to the North East. Close to Wrong entrance. Minimal spawn of Air Ellies and Gargoyles. Quite neighborhood with room to grow.
