UO Second Age

Look at this picture.
I died, on a horse, but I appear as a horse instead of a ghost and I run at horse speed!!! My actual horse was left behind where I died. Has anyone else ever seen this? I resynched client, went through a gate, still a horse.

i've seen this but it was on OSI during UO:R many years ago

When I played that happened to me as well. I was a nightmare. Were you guard whacked?

Are you still a horse if you log in/out?

Didn't do anything, but not a horse anymore. Yes, I was guardwhacked. I jumped into a moongate with a red character and ended up in town. Then I was a horse.

fyi it was a client error and would have reset upon login. other players would not have seen your ghost as a horse

ya but it would be awesome to bomb around a town on what looks to be a speed hacking ghost... i'd have some fun with it lol

yea actually i'm surprised speed is not limited by the server tbh

Rule #1, don't jump through gates when you dont know where it leads.

Haha, yeah i should have run around WBB and freaked people out with my super ghost speed. It wasn't on my Horsewang character though....that would have been perfect. I believe EVERY time I have gone red, I've been guardwhacked. LOL

Every time I try to PK, I can't find anyone at all. I've taken to just playing a bard/cartographer full time because PKing and PvP here is so boring.

I'm having the same problem. I solo and I can't go to the hotspots because 3-4 reds gate in and attack me. We should hook up.

That's what they do.. I got hit by TG.. only got me because I ran into a gargoyle and got stuck.. lol.. would've gotten away.
