So far I have two people bidding the price of a brick deed, lets take it to 10k more. Just for some buyers info there is a brigand camp that spawns just south (it does not spawn very often, two times a week if that); there is only one other house at the end of the small valley. Nor have I seen much traffic.

AGAIN, so now that is the price of a brick deed plus 10k. =) do I hear a bid?
