Yew Moongate at 3 screens.
Just one large house in the north, but best neighbor in the world: I never saw him.
Small "wood-like" spawn.
Yew crypts in south if you want to kills some red mages and lich lord (hard).
I'm selling it because I dont really need so much space, I moved my belongs to a smallest house.

I would prefer Matron as a broker, because she is the most cute asian girl and the most trusted broker of the shard.
