Looking for Glacier Staffs

Where can those be located if at all? Ive looked but been unsuccesful so far. I just want 1 or 2 for house decorations.

Im no expert but im pretty sure when this shard was started, with the original RunUO settings, Glacial Staffs spawned on some monster in the ice dungeon. That has been removed as era inaccurate and now the staffs that are left are rares.
