UO Second Age

So, I've been attacking some random people in game and the ones that dont kill me run away. Lots of the runners get to town, but if i were using a lightning staff or something i could have killed more people. i have a macro to arm the wep, a macro to use item in hand, but my question is what i use to target them. since I'm a dexxer, last target doesn't really work cause I haven't targeted them (unless simply attacking them makes them your last target?)

I've tried closest enemy humanoid, didn't work. I don't exactly know what the criteria is for humanoid. Is there an option on razor that will target the closest person that is hostile, ie the closest person that is either attacking me or being attacked by me?

Also, as a side question, does a fireball form a wand or staff do more if you have eval, or is that not taken into consideration

target them by using anatomy beforehand

set a razor macro for "set last target"
