I almost don't want to sell this one. It's soooo remote. In the couple months I've owned it, I have seen ONE person run past....oh and chumbucket dropped a present on the door one day too....

This was my fisherwoman's house for a long time. Very well suited for it. Healer spawn in Jungle east 2 or 3 screens.
Nice pond to the Northeast where one can place a small ship for fishing training....
I've tried placing houses on the front yard....unlevel area so you'll never have a neighbor.
There is a tower NE of this house named Jungle Retreat. I've never seen anyone there.
There is no reason for anyone to go out here. It's a real pain in the ass to walk to from any path or town or gate!
