Price Check: Wand of Force and Evil w/ 25 charges

The only other such item I have seen is a wand of vanq locked down at Coffee's. Are they rare?

Originally wands could spawn with the same mods as weapons, but this has since been removed. I have no idea when they stopped spawning like that, but I'm fairly certain it was before my time.

I just added a wand w/ about +15 tacs to my collection
