Skara Brae Cotton House! Sweet Spot ---S O L D---

This house is on the north edge of the southerneasternmost Skara Brae field.
Included is a Loom and Spinning Wheel already placed in the house.
You can see the cotton field on the left.
Cotton spawns rather quickly, so you will always have a source of cloth for bandaids or tailoring.
I would like a small deed plus 20k gold for the house and everything inside. This is a cool spot!
