Selling large brick mining house south of Chaos Shrine

I will update this with pics of the location later. Rarely see any neighbors online, there is a tower behind and a small in front. Is southeast of Chaos shrine, entitled "I've got something to say". Occasionally you will see an air elemental outside, but most the time there is no spawn if you recall in front.

Selling because I'm taking a break, I think it is a great well-placed house.

Includes a forge and anvil.

I paid large brick deed + small deed, and am not interested in selling for less than that.
