UO Second Age

Ok guys I just planted a new L shape house that allows the owner to mine from the back right corner of the house. . You can mine from the same corner on both levels. The house is far enough from the chaos shrine to be in a quiet area but close enough that you wont mind running if your miner ever dies.

Lets start the biding.

Buy out is L shape + 1 small deed

Why? That seems like a dumb idea (: Gold can be stolen/looted. And you'd have to do several trades!
A deed is simple, one time trade, they weigh 1 stone and they cannot be stolen/looted if you are on a blue character.

^This is how most trading is done here since it's more secure if someone tries to kill you in the middle of a trade.

You simply trade a L shape deed ($192,400) + a small house deed ($43,800 for a total of: $236,200) which cannot be looted from you if you die unless you put the deeds into a bag in your backpack... always keep deeds directly inside your backpack and never in another bag.

And ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use a trusted broker which you contact before a trade to make sure everything goes smoothly.
