Just want to give props to

I just want to give props to fhcilitator on a house I bought from him last night. I contacted him about a house he had for sale on the forums and made a offer but he would not sell it to me until he contacted a player who had made a offer on it first, that player was not on IRC so he said I would have to wait. He ask about what I was looking for and went out of his way to find a place that was just what I was looking for and the deal went of without any problems. He is a very honest dealer.
