Welp, things didn't go as I had hoped.. Woozy is a bit offended but hopefully he understands that if ya don't have the cash ya cant put a buy out offer on a house.

I had the cash I had just made a large transaction and then needed to get a house deed off a character. Unfortunately u went afk for a long period of time and by the time I got back you had sold it when I told u I had the funds available. I said that at that time because I was telling u I needed to get the cash together from my characters. Anyway I understand u need the gold, but when someone agrees to make a trade and then u sell it, it is a bit annoying

I wasnt going to say anything about how you didn't commit to your sale. Your a terrible businessman bringing up private matters.
