Currently houses decay in 30 days/a month I believe.

So that means a house could be IDOC for as long as 72 hrs I think

That's hard to tell. Where is it located and I maybe able to help determine when it will fall. ;)

The current decay for a house is 14 days from when it was refreshed. Once a house turns "IDOC", it will fall in 24h.

(I'm at least 95% sure on this info.)

We've never specified the exact decay time on house decay stages; however players have posted some pretty precice guesses in these forums, which we will neither confirm nor deny.
