There is room for a fourth small behind these if you wish to expand even further.


min bid for all 3 = 3 x small house deed + 30k (131,400gp)

buyout for all 3 = 1 x two story deed (192,400gp)


If i cant get all three to sell in the next week, ill accept offers on the houses individually

buyout for house 2 (middle one) = small house deed + 20k (63,800gp)

buyout for house 3 (furthest from gate) = small house deed + 10k (53,800gp)

How do you get a screen like that?

it looks like he photoshopped 5+ pics together, because i see at least 5 of the same char on the screen. (one on cove docks, one by the pine tree by the wall, one east of the northmost house, and 2 on the edge of the pond)

What is foot traffic like in Cove now that it doesn't have a bank?

the loss of the bank was bad, but it didnt seem to effect my sales as a vendor as I cleared out all my stuff quite quickly - some people seem to prefer to shop peacefully and tend to just recal when buyng items anyway for security.

Picture was a photoshop job yes, very effective though, made me think would be interesting to put together a uosecondage map, google map style? - would need to get a lot of people involved to svae on labour but would be pretty neat i think.

You should have hidden your guy behind the houses when you take the SS. Look at my sig. Thats how I did it.

We are now left with a single spawning orc on the pier as a reminder of the banking days at Cove and Siege that captured the hearts of us all...

Having said this it is said that discussions on whether a banker shall be reinstated are ongoing albeit 'not well'.

I might be wrong but I can now find no sign of that single orc on the pier is the seige officially over????
