A Couple of Moonglow Houses

I have 2 smalls next to each other for sale, directly north of the $$$ tower and one of the cotton corrals. I'm tired of refreshing houses I don't use so these are the first on the lot, I'll take offers until Sunday at 7pm CST, unless someone sends me a super awesome offer that tickles my fancy. These are in a great spot, and if I was in the market for smalls I'd totally be all over these. No idea why anyone else isn't bidding...

Hi I just started on this server yesterday!
The first thing I want to do is buy a small house, and this one looks cool.
If I can manage to sell all of the ingots I've been mining, then I will have around 40-50k.
Is that enough for one of them? (either is fine)
