Selling Pirates of PEE Large Brick

This is the Large brick previously owned by Hardcore of PEE. May the winds of Sosaria carry him to lands full of endless grog and busty wenches!

Anyways, he previously had it on the market of deed+50k and got a few bites, so I'm asking for a starting bid of the same. It will come fully furnished, and is located as you can see right above a nice little brigand/pirate outpost.

Current High Bid-Deed +65k

Bid in increments of 5k

Auction will run 24 hours past final bid.

I am accepting buyout PM's.

Auction ends 24 hours after the last bid. Meaning that you get it if nobody bids within 24 hours of your post.

Well, even though Alraric's bid was made as deed+62 I'm accepting it as Deed +60 because I added that into the original post last night, which extends the time +24 hours. He then rebid Deed+65 this morning.

So, current bid stands at deed+65k.

Auction ends at 10:00 a.m. CST if no other bids are received.

I will also take buyout PM's.
