I personally remember the NPC Tailors did not spawn dyetube hued bolts.
The NPC tailors on OSI had NPC Hue bolts in the same range of hues as NPC clothing.

I could be wrong but I remember players having massive amounts of NPC hued GM tailored cloths. Specifically in a large player held event on GL a team wore NPC green hued cloths in mass.

Yeah they had special colored bolts, and plain white ones as well.

I believe I remember the green color you are referring to on GL. And yeah I also remember the bolts being non dye tub.

We likely have an OSI file with these color specifications in it, i'll see what i can find.

There was a dark NPC brown, sometimes red and definetly that lime green'ish.
