Selling a 2 story house, will only fit a 2 story house or small houses.
Features:
A) Low Spawn- Occasional Gargoyle, headless man, Air Elemental, or Reaper in the area. Not even that frequently though.
B) Low Neighbors- As you can see fromt he screenshot you have 2 neighbors, one in a tower and 1 in a 2 story house. Noone else nearby.
C) Decent Physical Location- Located less than a minute mounted run from Yew Bank.

Buyout at Deed + Small Deed.
