Up for Auction, Tower right next to Chaos Shrine. M-S didn't feel like refreshing it so i took it upon myself to place my own. Mining is available from the west wing, and possibly Lumberjacking from a lone tree underneath the east wing. Will be accepting offers for a random amount of time between 72 and 96 hours.

Starting Price is Deed+10k

Buyer will pay for any brokering fees, Tabius or Blackfoot prefered.
