Only tactics & anatomy increase damage.

100 is the max for any stat.

Use magic weapons that are more "accurate" (really more damaging) with a damage bonus like ruin, might, force, power, or better yet, vanquishing (expensive). You can also drink str potions to get up to 120 total str, cast str on yourself, or use equipment that boosts it magically. Dex bonuses help you swing more often, potentially increasing your overall damage, too. Reactive armor reflects a small portion of your opponent's damage back to them.

Things like your Tactics, Anatomy, Strength, and magical enhancements all go into determining how much damage you do.

Having GM Tactics, Anatomy, and 100 Strength are considered the standards for any warrior.
