UO Second Age

Title says most of it. This is a 2 story Lshaped house in the forest North East of Yew.



Features:
A) No neighbors. There are neighbors relatively nearby- but they are offscreen as you can see.
B) Low Spawn. Occasionally a reaper or gargolye, but for the most part its pretty tame.
C) Room nearby for small houses. At least 3 small house plots immediatley touching this house.

Buyout is Deed+small deed.

Someone saw the open space next to this house in your screenshot and went and placed another right next to it. Probably Looky or Tabius.

Actually it wasn't a "housing person" at all, it was me. I had a two story placed here before but re-deeded it when I moved. I would occasionally revisit the spot because I had it marked still, just to see if anyone placed there. I was often tempted to place one there again, but didn't. Never seeing this thread, I stopped by there today and saw the new house (Hrum's) a little bit north. I was curious if I could still fit one in my old spot. I could. I still don't know what to do with it, but it's there.


Sorry to hijack your thread Hrum, this is a decent spot. Not a whole lot of traffic. There used to be no neighbors, now there is one. If someone bought the house advertised in this thread, they could easily acquire a companion L very very close to it (see picture).

It would be a really awesome set of houses for a guild to share.

Are you taking bids on this or just a buyout only?

Alls fair in love and house placement. In an interesting turn of events we may be interested in buying up your property right there by the one i've already placed.
