Hi, im interested in selling this small house located midway (roughly) between Yew Bank and Yew Moongate. It took me 8 seconds to run (mounted) from the porch to the bank. No spawns nearby.
Could be made into a good vendor house.
Im not sure the value of this plot yet, so for now im just gonna listen to offers.
