I'm trying to track the owner of the large brick house between Cove and Yew, near a bridge. Characters I have seen in the house include "ToMatO" and "Cap'n Crunch" (blue name). I'm interested in buying it. I'm not in a PvP guild or anybody that would mess with the current owners, I just like the spot. Here's some pictures of it:

I've tried that, no luck so far, nobody knows who owns it. I decided to throw this thread up as well.

I'm using OSI client version 6.0.12.4, I believe the snow is a part of that. Maybe a Christmas/Winter thing?
