Hi there, I know about brokers but

what are other ways to ensure a safe transaction?

Is it true that I am protected by the rule that transactions made on forums must be legit and scam free? If so should the buyer trade with seller first?

What are some tips you can give me?

If the transaction is agreed to on the forums it is still not a secure trade. It just means that the scammer will lose their forum privileges. This wont get you your house or money back.

The only way to ensure a safe trade is by broker. Otherwise you just have to trust each other as someone has to give up their side first.
