SOLD**** Small Mining House Secluded No Spawn

Selling this small house in a secluded mining spot. If you go up and around the mountain next to the house you can get every kind of ore available on about a 15 minute run. Hardly any spawn and even then it's only the occasional llama or mountain goat. Selling it for what I bought it for. 2 Small deeds. After the first bid I'll accept any offer that goes 24 hours unchallenged.

Is this still going? If so, what is the player traffic like and is there any spawn while mining?

sorry i didnt even realize i tried to sell this way back when. i had another post recently that sold this same house. sorry =/
