The pictures show the house so I'll let those do the talking.
Since we need a broker now, I have a strong preference for Blackfoot. He was recommended to me and I already trusted him so it's an easy decision.
I honestly wasn't expecting to place anything so I'll let it go to the first reasonable offer.
On a side note, I'll be away most of this week-end, so I'll have a look back here on sunday evening.
