Hey i want to sell my tower because i moved in a bigger house =)
if you replace the tower some steps to the north u can place there a tower+ patio
its a really damn nice location u need like 20sec with horse to vesper... u have just one neighbor so ull get in no trouble while macroing...there is something like ur own harbour 2...

im looking to get a tower deed +4 small deeds for it but we can speak about the price just pm me if ur interessted...
u cant find a better tower location atm...

i say it again its just awsome
near town..
next to water
tower + patio + 2-3 smalls could placed there
own harbour
no spawn
no fag neighbors
very big forest (windmere woods)
etc
