Selling this one-roomer just beside Brit GY. I was going to run a vendor shop, but found I honestly don't have the time to put into it to make it worthwhile.

It's a great location, just outside of both the GY (you can see the fence on your minimap), and very close to town. Would make for an excellent supply depot for PVP, or for vendors.

I'd like to start the bidding at: 90k.
Buyout: Large Patio Deed.

lol i wish this house was worth 90k and if anyone does feel the need to buy it talk to me i have one in a much nicer spot id let go for 75k
