Looking for Vendor house

Hello all, I have been away tending to personal matters for the last 10 months and boy has the population of this server grown, great job!
I was not sure how long I would be away and sold or re-deeded all my houses, I am looking to purchase a house that has good traffic, so that I may open up my shop again.
The merchant aspect of UO has always been one of my favorites and I already have multiple characters that are crafters.
If anyone has a house they are willing to get rid of please let me know, thanks!
