Training Archery Skill

I've been to several boweries throughout Brittania, and when
I type "train archery" near a NPC, nothing happens.

Am I typing the wrong command? How can I train archery?

works for me.

Yeah try saying "[name] TEACH archery" instead of "train".

'train' is the same keyword with npcs.

the problem may be simply that he does not have the NPC's attention ([name])

I said "<vendor name> teach archery" and finally got a response.

No response is given for "<vendor name> train archery", in case
anyone runs into this problem again.
