Selling this Fully decorated House.
It is in the Despise passage with its own little lake and mountain enclosure as seen.
It comes with everything seen here in the picture minus the guildstone.
Easy access to dungeon
It has good neighbours (I have two smalls in the area and Halogen) so dont need to worry about us.
I will consider selling the other two houses also but not part of this auction.
I am asking for the deed price to the building plus the average gold cost of the house add ons to start.

Back right room is Bonzai tree room, cause karate masters do bonzai tree stuff
Back left room is the Master Karate guys armoury, got the suits of armour standing up and some leet katanas on the wall there for karateeing people
