UO Second Age

If anyone has played any free wow shards lately, you know that they give out "vote points" for voting for the server on xtremetop100 and things like that. I think that would be a good idea on this server too. The rewards don't have to be extreme or anything. Something as simple as 2 vote points for a free horse would be cool. Not game breaking things, but generally helpful things. There are other fun and cool things that could be added for vote points too.

I'm not sure how important these websites are for UO Servers, but I know thats how I found this one, so I think its important to get the word out as much as possible

i don't know how it is now but the vote sites use to kick shards from the list for "rewarding" players who voted. Like the only reason to vote is for the reward. No rewards means honest votes.

Xtremetop100 def shouldnt, all the wow servers on the top 20 for that do vote rewards.

cant reward anyhtign out of game for anything in game imo.
But if oyu coudl find a way to offer some incentive to myuosa or a forum account, liek a vote icon beside your forum avatar liek doanters get that small incentive may help

Maybe a weird star icon next to our names in game. Possibly a in game title on paperdoll kinda like champs would give you in UOR

How about getting points on the forums for voting instead of ingame points?
The reward can be a pat on the back / e-fame for voting.

Any rewards given in game should be earned in game.

i agree though a portion of people do need some sort of incentive aside from that unfortunately

This IS the reward. Take a minute a day to vote and we're likely to see 1000+ by the Summer.

I say to hell with having another 300+ pk's and theives.
