Is This Era Accurate

My Theif Steals in town, My Victim gives chase,

I manage to get far enough away to Hide/Stealth to safety,

I make my way back to the Bank and use my Disquise Kit to change my Identity.

but the guy i had stolen from had my Bar Pulled and seen the Name Change

so he was able to see through my Disguise.

This does not Seem Right to me!

Not only will the bar give you away but razors 'last beneficial' target type thing gives you away too.

Not only that, but you probably appeared grey to him when you came back.
