I've never done this before (not even on OSI), but I am ready to place a player vendor. I (think) have seen other people who have vendors on the steps of private homes, but according to the wiki (and the ingame text), my home must be converted to public to place the vendor. I was wondering if it was possible to convert my house to public, place the vendor, then convert it back to private. If anyone has any knowledge on this, please let me know. I tried Google and a few searches on the forums, but couldn't find what I was looking for. I suppose I can just buy another house if need be, but I like the location I'm at.
Thank you.
Noob question re: placing NPC vendor at my house
Re: Noob question re: placing NPC vendor at my house
you cant make it private again until you remove the vendors

Keep in mind you can still lock tables down within the house itself. So you can place a vendor, and still keep things in the second half of it. I wouldn't macro there though.
