Surprisingly almost no spawn
Walking distance to the Museum Castle Expansion (I assume they will have a full rune library there) so walking distance to public rune library if so.
Willing to show it if you would like, only one neighbor to the east, about a screen away.

Probably no one wants to get in a bidding war with Blackfoot. Would end up costing anyone who tried much more than the keep would be worth... just my guess. Looks like a nice place though.
