I was looking around for some template ideas, and there are not a lot thrown out around here. I thought I would start a template thread for conversation/ideas. Hope all enjoy. Based on characters I have, they are kinda cookie cutter but fun:

PVP Char: - 100s-25d-100i (it was 85d 40i, but I changed)
Mace - GM (it was swords, changed to mace for the stamina effects)

Meditation - GM
Eval - GM
Resist - GM

Thief: - 100s-25d-100i
Stealing - GM
Snooping - GM
Hiding - GM
Stealth - GM
Magery - GM

Lockpick - GM (Currently 95.8 )

These are the 5 characters on account 1. Please feel free to praise or pick apart. Others may be looking for ideas and I am just trying to get the conversation started in it's own thread.

Why would you need 2 tamers just for a different template? I understand why, I just don't see the point in raising the skill twice over such little difference..

Just for the slightly different playstyle. The general tamer is based on being able to defend (or attack) a little better and the treasure hunter was to solo maps. I also, beleive it or not, enjoy taming.

There is no such thing as a pvp/tamer. You have to wait for awhile till bolas and 7xing your mare acually came into effect. What are the going to do ? Get off there mare, tell it to attack you and while u run around casting spells in his face ? Either way, its more of a defense method for 1 v 1. if you got 2 people on you, good your mare and yourself goodbye.

I would echo Prurk if this is only a fisherman, but I would agree with Johttenn if you are going to be picking locked chests. If it is only a fisherman, I would suggest maybe eval int or something offensive minded. I would say if you are going to have another character to do cartography, save the lockpicking for it.

Also, on the PvP char, I raised the int to 100 and lowered dex to 25. I found running out of mana hurt pretty bad. But I also am not good at PvP, so maybe I was just not playing good either.
