Brother Tabius of $$$ now offering Brokering and Advice.

I would just like to take this opportunity to inform you all of the decision to offer a Brokering and Building Advice service for our community.
From this time forward I will be offering my services as a broker to assist in trades between players. The fee involved will be 0.5% with this fee being waived for the first 30 days after this post. Due to my being on Australian Time I am often able to assist you at times other brokers may not be available.
Also, I am increasingly asked to place housing for people who are unable to place in a location, due to not understanding the location and terrain faced.
Sometimes advice is all that is required, but in the past have been very happy to place it on their behalf and transfer the house to them to give them the home they desire.
After much consideration I have decided to offer this service to everyone on the server. House placement can sometimes be a very difficult task, considering some terrain throughout the land.
Fees will be as follows:
Price if I Place Advice Only
Placing a small house: 2k (1k)
Placing a Large Brick or Patio: 5k (2.5k)
Placing an L shape: 5k (2.5k)
Placing a Tower: 10k (5k)
Placing a Keep: 20k (10k)
Placing a Castle: 30k (15k)
Unsuccessful House placement: (1k)
Some people may scoff at this service, that is fine as you do not need to use it. But the fact is more and more players are coming to me for advice, today alone I had 3 requests for advice regarding house placement.
