Targeting Summon Elementals
I thought you target level 8 summon elementals like you target Energy Vortexes. There's a famous picture somewhere of someone training resist in their house with 8 water elementals behind a blockade of wooden chests. Anyone else remember this?

Was this when they could gate monsters?

I think this may have been the case at one time. I think, like create food, summon creature was targetable too.
