What do i need skill and resource wise to make potion kegs?

Alchemy to make the potion, Tinkering, and carpentry. then the Regents to make the potions themselves required 100 potions to make a full keg.

To further expand on the previous answer. Resources to build actual keg are ingots and lumber.

Tink to make your barrel hoops and tap.
Carp to make barrel staves and lids.

Not sure what the tinkery skill needs to be at to actually be able to put the keg together. I want to say between 65 and 70.

At 65-70 tinkering, be prepared to fail a lot when you try to assemble.

Here's Era accurate information regarding Tinkering skill required to turn kegs into actual potion kegs. The skill required is 51.4 vice the current shard req. of 65? 70? 75?
