its a ok offer but thing is you have some spots around man

just take your deed and run in famous spot like ice island and you should find your spot easily

if you want swamp hit me up i placed one two days ago but demolished it, got plenty of houses right now, you can fit a tower there too.

well i just placed a 2 story a short run north of vesper north bridge. if you want to see let me know bring a deed and i will give up the spot for only 15k
