Stump hack isn't really a hack..

All it does is remove tree branches and foliage.. If you can't navigate thru the woods after 10 years of Ultima Online, then get your stump hack now?

I don't want to throw this completely off topic so it will be my last reply on the subject. However I was to believe that only approved add-ons could be used on this server and I didn't see this in Razor so I have to assume its not approved. Second trees will give you the ability to make it tough to target a person running away that you have not last targeted yet. A slight advantage I know but still...
