when brokering, one should always post who the broker is, and what the free and items being broked, the broker fee should be very small like .1% of the price or less around 2 - 5k just to make it a actual transaction, so if a broker does rip some one off its not your word against theirs.

Im not brokering, I do not need a broker. If the buyer do not trust me and do not wish to pay me before the transfer, it is up to him/her to get a secure broker and pay for that security, blackfoot for example.

which is why i dont understand the hype about brokers, ive lost like 2 deals on here because the only two brokers people seem to trust dont respond for shit to pms, atleast from me anyway. a player shouldn't have that much power over the market to decide who can and cant sell houses; as is right now if you piss off 2 people your cut off
