I have to go out of the country for several weeks so I am going to close The Black Shoppe and sell the house.

This auction will run until Saturday 1-16-10 at 8pm eastern or 3 hours after the last bid.



If the buyer wishes to arrange for a broker(subject to my approval) then you are welcome to do so, otherwise money will be transferred before the house is.
I reserve the right not to sell for any reason.

I've apparently already made enemies of the neighbors.
Wrath II of DRI killed me and informed me that they would be murdering me and my customers (that would be you the reader) until I move.
I just wanted to let folks know. I got 2 accts banned from the house but Wrath II was a bit too fast for me.

Am interested in buying but will wait for a few bids to roll in first to see if it matches my price range!
