Might be. You gotta look or pay someone to look though.
I haven't been able to look lately though.
Honestly, if you're close just make sure you got more and buy one off somebody.

Buy a deed, stay blue, and run around trying to place it.
Long as you're blue, it's newbied and will stay with you if you're killed. It can't be stolen either.
You'll learn a ton about the land from running around it. If you don't have UOAM yet, download it and use that to scout for places to explore.
You're also guaranteed to find about 10 Greatly Worn houses, a couple IDOCs, and I bet there's a handful of tower spots available at any given time. And places with weak security that may be lootable in the future, if you're into that.
