People, you all seem to want bricks in good locations, quiet, with resources, but easily accessible, this ticks every box, and is larger than a brick, more lockdowns, more secures, more space, not to mention all mock tudor looking. Buy this, you aint gonna find a brick closer to town, but still fairly quiet, with resources all around.
In summary: Bricks = bad. L shape = good. Buy this house. Live forever.

People who macro a lot prefer bricks over L shapes and patios because you have a greater surface to roam without worrying about being too close to a wall and getting killed by someone passing by.Tabius wrote:Yeah, what is your asking price?

On that note, this is an excellent isolated spot which could easily be swapped out with a large patio or brick. Caswallon, do you know if a tower would fit there?

Definately only an L will fit there, the dirt patch stops anything bigger.

Only an L will fit, as Tabius mentioned there is a dirt patch, but also a tree about 12x12 tiles into the 14 that would definitely stop a brick/patio/tower being placed. Its just out of shot to the NE in the first picture.
Who "roams" when macroing? You stand in one place surely? The back rooms have 2x3 area that is safe but yeah I think people like the large front room in bricks, then 2 easy accessible storage rooms. The back rooms in an L are larger in both dimensions that a bricks however.
Anyway it is honestly a great spot, quite unique in that it is quiet but is also quite close to town, im actually pretty shocked by the lack of interest given the housing market atm. L's are actually my fave houses but im a deco nut and there just aint enough lockdowns, im struggling in a castle atm, if we had phase 3 housing and L's had 1100 lockdowns I would never have dropped the one I had here 6 months ago.
Im looking for 300k top whack but I would go a little lower if items of interest were part of the trade.[Potted tree, trophy's mainly] I did mention this at the end of the OP.
