1) Not on Ice Island
2) Not near major crap spawn (a little is ok)
3) Not on a swamp

Smooth transaction. I gave Halogen payment, and he transferred the property immediately. He also was careful with the transaction and made sure that he had my correct toon for the transfer. He also answered all my questions about Keep ownership and had some very good advice.
It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Halogen is a great guy to deal with, he told me of a spot to place my 2 story a few weeks ago and when I couldn't seem to get it to place I handed the deed to him, he placed it and transfered ownership.

Ive trasfered house for rares with him before.. He is a nice guy and any encounters Ive had with him have been positive, He is honest and I would trust him with future deals.

i did a no broker keep trade with halogen before i even really knew him and everything went fine. halogen is not a scammer fool
