It's next to the Gypsy camp, 2 steps outside Guard Zone.. Has an xmas tree planted inside, stone oven, small forge and anvil...

i dropped that house a month or so ago due to no interest in it, gl tho

figured i'd give it a shot since there's a tree placed lol..

don't care too much, gonna trash it in a couple days if no one takes it.

You should be able to double-click the tree to turn it back into a deed.

I don't see anyone buying a 7x7, so really if you can recoup the cost of the house deed and get the tree deed back, you should be OK.

Why try and sell a piece of property and then say you'll drop it if no one wants it?

Maybe he meant sell it for deed price?
