I go from 10 dex to 100 dex when my snooping reaches ~90 ... Don't see how you need another skill to raise dex with..?

Make sure you "see saw". This involves reaching 700 real skill cap. Then set snooping up(to gain), and skill you want to go down, like camping,which Is great for raising all 3 stats. Make sure snooping and the other skills you intend to use are at zero.

Start snoopoing until your at 10 or so real skill, then set snooping down and musicianship( or whatever you plan on using) up. Start using music untill snooping is back at zero and music is at 10. Rinse wash and repeat. You should gain very fast.

Like it or not camping has to be the fastest way to raise not only dex but all your stats at a extremely fast rate. Cut some twigs light them up...once they are all high enough polish them up with associated skills which raise the primary stats inconjuction with them.err what Arkosh said...
